Biggest Pharmacutical company Ranbaxy which was stuck difficulties in the recent past bought by SUNPHARMA. Sun Pharmaceutical will acquire 100% shares of Ranbaxy, the deal included 400 crore Dollar with 457 Rs per shares. The transection will be completed by December 2014 after all approvals.
