Indian stock Market started positive on Thursday Morning session, Housing Development Finance Corporation shares ganied, at 11:30 pm the stock traded near 819 up 19%, HDFC Bank up gained 1.84% and axis Bank shares gained 1%.
As RBI increased CRR big banks started their deposit rates, HDFC bank increased their deposit rate by 100 basis points, Axis Bank hiked their deposit rates by 50-225 basis points.
Banking stocks strengthened but traded near overbought level, Bank Nifty traded 0.16% lower, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank give support to index.
